As a Latinx organization, we need to be as effective as possible in serving marginalized peoples both within and without our culture. Our employees, although primarily Latinx, also come from many other backgrounds. It’s critical that each employee understands and respects each other in order to create a harmonious environment in which we can work more efficiently as a team. 3. Partner with DEI Committee to design training materials geared toward current employees, current supervisors, new employees, and new supervisors.
  4. Propose training calendars for when to provide updates to employees and managers on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences and how these can be bridged back to assist in meeting company business plans.
