What happens next?
After you register, you will be directed to a page where you can complete your profile. Your profile is very important, as it conveys your experience, skills and project interests. The SPW team will then contact you to answer any questions you may have, and to be sure we understand the types of projects that might interest you.
Once your profile is completed, you can express interest in any projects that look like a good fit for your skills, availability and passion. Prior to interviewing with a nonprofit, you will need to complete a criminal background check. Because many nonprofits work with sensitive populations, background checks are required for all volunteers.
